The Rutland County R/C Flyers club is centered in Rutland Vermont, and is open to anyone interested in remote control aircraft. The club currently
has members with interests in plain old r/c airplanes, scale aircraft, helicopters and jets.
On weekends from April through November, you can usually find our members flying their models at Fair Haven Airport. Visitors are always welcome! You can find the field by taking US Route 4 to Exit 2, Fair Haven. Heading south, take the first left turn and then another immediate left turn onto Airport Road. Follow Airport Road to the end, under Route 4. Drive into the airport. Just as you pass between the hanger and the pavilion, you will see a dirt track to the right that will take you along the trees and eventually turns left and takes you to our "pit" area next to the runway. Please do not drive on the taxiway or runway.
Further information can be obtained by emailing Dave Dress or calling him at +1(802) 773-1274.
